Spiced Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water and add salt.
    3 peeled and chopped large potatoes, 1 tbsp salt
  2. Once tender, drain and return to the hot pot on the stove.
  3. Over very low heat mash the potatoes.
  4. Add in milk, very slowly, as you mash.
    ¼ cup milk
  5. Stir in the butter and all the spices.
  6. Top with a little butter and a sprinkling of paprika.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
