In a saucepan, combine the rice, spices, sugar, raisins, butter, and water.
1 cup long grain white rice, 1½ tsp Amapelepele Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Spice For Rice, ½ tsp Amapelepele Cinnamon Powder, 3 tbsp white sugar, ½ cup black raisins, 10g softened butter, 2½ cups water

Reduce to low heat, cover and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes or until rice is fluffy and water has been absorbed.
