  1. Sprinkle steaks with spice on both sides and rub seasoning into meat with your fingers.
  2. Melt butter and olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. Add fillets and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove.
  4. In the same pan, add cream and a teaspoon of flour to thicken the sauce. Whisk until there are no flour lumps, then add black pepper.

    250ml fresh cream, 1 tsp cake flour, 1 tsp Amapelepele Black Pepper

  5. Serve the sauce with the beef fillet steak and mashed potatoes as a side.
