Homemade Beef Burger

Combine mayonnaise, cabbages, and carrot and toss to coat; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
1 cup mayonnaise, ½ very thinly sliced small head green cabbage, ½ very thinly sliced small head red cabbage, 1 grated small carrot, pinch of salt and pepper -
Form meat into four thick patties. Season generously with spice.
800g beef mince, 2 tsp Amapelepele Steak and Chops spice -
Place a large pan over medium-high heat, then heat oil in the pan until smoking.
2 tbsp cooking oil -
Cook burgers until a deep brown crust has formed, about 2 minutes per side.

Add water to the pan and immediately cover.
2 tbsp water -
Cook to medium-well, about 2 minutes more.

Slather on your prego sauce.
½ cup prego sauce -
Top it with your cheese, bacon, burger patty and coleslaw.
