Zy’khipha with the tangy flavour of these Chicken Giblets and Amapelepele!
Sautéed Chicken Giblets

Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat; add chicken giblets and salt and glaze the giblets for 7 minutes.
3 tbsp sunflower oil, 500g chicken giblets, ½ tbsp salt -
Remove from pan and set aside.

Add onion and green pepper and fry until soft or browned.
1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green pepper -
Add 1 tablespoon of BBQ Spice and fry for 30 seconds.
1 tbsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice -
Add chicken giblets, hot water and the remaining BBQ Spice.
1 cup hot water, ½ tbsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice -
Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
