Classic Beef Stroganoff

Heat oil. Add beef and cook until browned. Immediately place onto a plate.
2 tbsp cooking oil, 600g beef strips -
Melt butter in pot and cook onion for one minute, then add mushrooms and cook until golden.
3 tbsp butter, 1 sliced large onion, 300g sliced mushrooms -
Add flour and cook, stirring for one minute. Add stock powder while stirring, then fresh cream and mustard. Stir until incorporated. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low.
2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, 2 cups fresh cream, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard -
Once it thickens, adjust Spice-O-Seasoning to taste.

Add beef back in, simmer for one minute, then remove from stove.
