Sausages And Mash

Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
1 tbsp cooking oil -
Add sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes until well browned. Remove and keep warm on a plate.
6 sausages -
Add onions to the pan and fry for 5-10 minutes or until very soft. Add garlic and fry for 2 more minutes.
2 diced medium onions, 2 minced cloves garlic -
Stir flour and Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning into pan, then pour in the red wine, scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
1 tbsp flour, Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning, 1⁄3 cup dry red wine -
Combine the beef stock and water. Pour it into the pan slowly with Worcestershire sauce while stirring constantly to remove any lumps.
2 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, 2 cups boiling water, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.

Return sausages to pan with gravy, toss a few times and simmer until heated through.
