  1. Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
    1 tbsp cooking oil
  2. Add sausages and cook for 8-10 minutes until well browned. Remove and keep warm on a plate.

  3. Add onions to the pan and fry for 5-10 minutes or until very soft. Add garlic and fry for 2 more minutes.

  4. Stir flour and Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning into pan, then pour in the red wine, scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.

  5. Combine the beef stock and water. Pour it into the pan slowly with Worcestershire sauce while stirring constantly to remove any lumps.
    2 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, 2 cups boiling water, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  6. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Return sausages to pan with gravy, toss a few times and simmer until heated through.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
