Pan-fried BBQ Lamb Chops

Combine thyme, rosemary, and seasoning.
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme, ¼ tsp finely chopped rosemary, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Pepper Steak Seasoning -
Rub onto the lamb chops.
1kg lamb chops -
Pan fry on low-medium heat until lamb has cooked.

Add the lemon juice and BBQ sauce, coat chops and cook for a further minute.
2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 cup BBQ sauce -
