Mzansi-style Oxtail

Wash and trim excess fat from oxtail meat.
1kg oxtail -
Cook in little water and on low heat, adding water as required for 3-4 hours or until soft, to your preference.

Add onion, all sauces and spices, and a little more water for everything to blend together.
1 medium-sized chopped onion, 100ml Worcestershire sauce, 100ml tomato sauce, 100ml chutney sauce, 1 tsp Amapelepele Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Amapelepele Curry Powder - Mild, 1 tsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice -
Add pinch of salt and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes until meat almost falls off the bone.

Add powdered soup to thicken the stew and simmer for 3 minutes.
