Leg of Lamb

This Roast Leg of Lamb recipe together with “i-7 colours” yakho, will definitely make your meal one to remember!

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  2. Using a small, sharp knife, cut slits all over the leg of lamb.

  3. Insert 1-2 garlic slices and 4-5 rosemary needles into each slit.

  4. Add all remaining rosemary in a roasting tin.

  5. Season the lamb with salt and pepper to taste and place it in the roasting tin.
    2 tbsp Amapelepele Black Pepper, pinch of salt
  6. Pour the oil over and cover the roasting tin with foil.
    4 tbsp olive oil
  7. Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for approximately 1½ hours.
