Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add the softened margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, vanilla essence, and eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until the mixture is fluffy.
1 cup margarine, ½ cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ tsp Amapelepele Cayenne Pepper, 2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 eggs -
Add the flour and baking soda to the mixture and stir.
2¼ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda -
Stir in the chocolate chips and diced jalapeños.
2 cups chocolate chips, 4-5 jalapeño peppers -
Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
