In a bowl, whisk eggs. In another bowl combine flour, breadcrumbs, and chicken spice.
3 eggs, 1 cup flour, ½ cup breadcrumbs, 2 tsp Amapelepele Chicken Spice -
Dip strips in the egg, then transfer to the flour bowl and coat with the flour mixture.

Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or a deep-frying pan.

Fry chicken strips, in batches, until crispy and golden brown.

Drain on frying rack or paper towels and serve.
