Creamy Prawns in Mustard Sauce

Delight in a dish full of creamy goodness and tasty enough for you to say “ng’phinde”!

  1. In a pan, heat butter then sauté onion and garlic.
    1 tbsp butter, 1 grated small onion, 1 crushed garlic clove
  2. Add mustard and fish spice and stir.
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp Amapelepele Fish Spice
  3. Add lemon juice and fresh cream. Keep stirring until cream reduces.
    ½ cup lemon juice, 1 cup fresh cream
  4. Add a pinch of turmeric powder for colour, along with prawns.
    Pinch turmeric powder, 800g prawns
  5. Cook for about 8 minutes and serve.
