Heat oil in pot over medium heat for 1 minute.
½ cup cooking oil -
Add onion and green pepper. Fry until soft with paprika and curry powder.
1 finely diced large onion, 2 finely diced green peppers, 1 tsp Amapelepele Paprika Powder, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Curry Powder - Supreme -
Add the carrots, tomatoes, baked beans, and beef stock and mix together.
4 peeled and grated large carrots, 6 grated large tomatoes, 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock -
Allow the mixture to cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Stir continuously so it becomes smooth.

Before serving, add 4 tbsp of water to minestrone soup to make a paste.
2 tbsp Amapelepele Minestrone Soup -
Add the paste to the pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, while stirring, until it thickens.

Cut grilled boerewors into 5cm pieces and add to pot. Let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
400g boerewors -
Serve with pap and enjoy!
