Meatballs On Spaghetti

  1. In a bowl, add the onion, garlic, mince, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon coriander, egg, and spice. Gently mix meat mixture until well combined. Using wet hands, form into 12 meatballs.

    ½ medium grated onion, ½ tbsp grated garlic, 1kg beef mince, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander, 1 lightly beaten egg, 1 tsp Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning

  2. Heat cooking oil in a large sauté pan. Add meatballs; cook until well browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a paper towel to drain.

  3. In the same pan, add canned tomatoes, 2 cups water and remaining coriander, and sauté. Transfer meatballs to sauce and cover. Cook until sauce thickens, and meatballs are cooked through, flipping meatballs every 5 minutes to coat in sauce (about 10 minutes more).
