Ingredients
  • 1 leg of lamb
  • 6 fresh garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • 8 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Amapelepele Black Pepper
  • pinch salt (to taste)
Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200℃.

    Using a small, sharp knife, cut slits all over the leg of lamb.1 leg of lamb

    Insert 1-2 garlic slices and 4-5 rosemary needles into each slit.thinly sliced fresh garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs

    Add all remaining rosemary in a roasting tin.3 rosemary sprigs

    Season the lamb with salt and pepper to taste and place it in the roasting tin.2 tbsp Amapelepele Black Pepper, pinch of salt

    Pour the oil over and cover the roasting tin with foil.4 tbsp olive oil

    Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for approximately 1½ hours.
