Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 2¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp Amapelepele Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4-5 jalapeño peppers (diced)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Add the softened margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, vanilla essence, and eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until the mixture is fluffy.1 cup margarine, ½ cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ tsp Amapelepele Cayenne Pepper, 2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 eggs

    Add the flour and baking soda to the mixture and stir.2¼ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda

    Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
