Ingredients
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 10 g butter (softened)
  • 1½ tsp Amapelepele Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Amapelepele Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Amapelepele Spice For Rice
  • ½ tsp Amapelepele Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup black raisins
  • 2½ cup water
Instructions

    In a saucepan, combine the rice, spices, sugar, raisins, butter, and water.

    Keep uncovered and bring to a boil.

    Reduce to low heat, cover and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes or until rice is fluffy and water has been absorbed.

    Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
