Add everything, except the potato, into the pot or casserole.850g oxtail, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 chopped medium onion, 1 cubed potato, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Paprika Powder, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, Boiling water (enough to cover the meat in the pot), 1 cup red wine
