Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken giblets
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1½ tbsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice
  • 1 cup hot water
Instructions

    Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat; add chicken giblets and salt and glaze the giblets for 7 minutes.3 tbsp sunflower oil, 500g chicken giblets, ½ tbsp salt

    Remove from pan and set aside.

    Add onion and green pepper and fry until soft or browned.1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green pepper

    Add 1 tablespoon of BBQ Spice and fry for 30 seconds.1 tbsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice

    Add chicken giblets, hot water and the remaining BBQ Spice.1 cup hot water, ½ tbsp Amapelepele BBQ Spice

    Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
