Ingredients
  • 250 g spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning (to taste)
  • ½ medium onion (grated)
  • ½ garlic (grated)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2 can canned tomato
  • 2 cup water
Instructions

    In a bowl, add the onion, garlic, mince, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon coriander, egg, and spice. Gently mix meat mixture until well combined. Using wet hands, form into 12 meatballs.

    Heat cooking oil in a large sauté pan. Add meatballs; cook until well browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a paper towel to drain.

    In the same pan, add canned tomatoes, 2 cups water and remaining coriander, and sauté. Transfer meatballs to sauce and cover. Cook until sauce thickens, and meatballs are cooked through, flipping meatballs every 5 minutes to coat in sauce (about 10 minutes more).2 tins canned tomato, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
