Instructions

In a pan, heat butter then sauté onion and garlic.1 tbsp butter, 1 grated small onion, 1 crushed garlic clove

Add mustard and fish spice and stir.1 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp Amapelepele Fish Spice

Add lemon juice and fresh cream. Keep stirring until cream reduces.½ cup lemon juice, 1 cup fresh cream

Add a pinch of turmeric powder for colour, along with prawns.Pinch turmeric powder, 800g prawns

Cook for about 8 minutes and serve.
