Ingredients
  • 600 g beef strips
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 300 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning (to taste)
Instructions

    Heat oil. Add beef and cook until browned. Immediately place onto a plate.2 tbsp cooking oil, 600g beef strips

    Melt butter in pot and cook onion for one minute, then add mushrooms and cook until golden.3 tbsp butter, 1 sliced large onion, 300g sliced mushrooms

    Add flour and cook, stirring for one minute. Add stock powder while stirring, then fresh cream and mustard. Stir until incorporated. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low.2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, 2 cups fresh cream, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

    Once it thickens, adjust Spice-O-Seasoning to taste.Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning

    Add beef back in, simmer for one minute, then remove from stove.
