Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning
  • 1 tsp butter (room temperature)
  • 1 pinch Amapelepele Black Pepper
Instructions

    Crack eggs into a bowl, add spice and pepper then blend with a fork.3 eggs, ¼ tsp Amapelepele Spice-O-Seasoning, pinch of Amapelepele Black Pepper

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

    Add butter and brush around the surface of the pan.1 tsp room temperature butter

    Pour eggs into the centre of the pan and stir vigorously with a rubber spatula for 5 seconds.

    As soon as a semi-solid mass begins to form, lift the pan and move it around until the excess liquid fills the pan.

    Using your spatula, move it around the edge of the egg mixture to help shape it and loosen it.

    Let the omelette sit in the pan for 10 seconds without touching.

    Shake the omelette to loosen from the pan. Slide it onto a plate and fold it over.

    Serve immediately!
