Description

You'll have your special someone wrapped around your little finger after they try this amazing Oxtail Stew!

Ingredients
  • 850 g oxtail (crushed)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Amapelepele Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock
  • Boiling water (enough to cover the meat in the pot)
  • 1 cup red wine
Instructions

    Throw everything into a pot or casserole dish.

    850g oxtail, 1 chopped red pepper, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Paprika, 1 chopped medium onion, 1 tbsp Amapelepele Beef Stock, Boiling water (enough to cover the meat in the pot), 1 cup red wine

    Close the lid and cook in the oven for 2 hours or until the meat is cooked and falling off the bone.
