large chicken breasts

medium green cabbage
(cored and chopped)

cloves garlic

Amapelepele Paprika Powder

salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan, add chicken and salt and pepper. Sauté for 7 minutes, stirring often until chicken is cooked through.1 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 cubed large chicken breasts, pinch salt and pepper

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add butter and onions to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.1 tbsp butter, 1 chopped medium onion

Add the cabbage to the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes uncovered, until soft.1 cored and chopped medium green cabbage

Stir in garlic and paprika.2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp

Add the chicken back into the pan and cook until it is heated through.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve immediately with phuthu pap.
