Sticky Marinated Lamb Ribs

  • 1,5 kg lamb ribs
  • ½ cup grape vinegar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ginger and garlic
  • 1 tablespoon AMAPELEPELE BEEF STOCK
  • 4 tablespoons AMAPELEPELE STEAK AND CHOPS
  • 1 tablespoon AMAPELEPELE MIXED HERBS
  • ½ cup tomato sauce (optional)

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, then aside to cool for about 2 minutes
Gently brush the ribs with the marinade on both sides and then place the ribs on a roasting rack with the roasting pan underneath.
Roast for 30 minutes turning every 5-10 minutes, brush with marinate every time you turn
Serve with chips, mashed potatoes, rice or any other starch of your choice.
