- 6 chicken pieces
- 3 Eggs
- 500ml(2cups)Amapelepele chicken battering
- Oil, for frying
In a medium size bowl, pour the chicken battering.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and remove skin from chicken (optional)
Dip the chicken in eggs and then coat well in the chicken battering.
Heat the oil in a deep pot. Do not fill the pot more than 1/2 full with oil.
Fry in hot oil until its golden brown and crisp.
Remove and place on a paper towel to drain the oil.
Cut the chicken into small pieces to make nuggets
White meat takes around 8 to 10 minutes to cook
