Baked Fish


  • 4 Fish fillet
  • 1 Lemon
  • 30 g Amapelepele Fish Spice green
  • 30 g Amapelepele Spice O Seasoning


Preheat oven at 110
Cut the lemon in half , zest and juice 1 half
Combine 15g of Amapelepele fish spice green, 15g Amapelepele Spice O seasoning, lemon juice and lemon zest
Refrigerate the fillets in a marinade for 1 hour
Coat baking tray with olive oil
Season the remaining spices and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley

Serves 4
